A highly experienced and award-winning journalist with over a decade in the field, I specialize in analyzing complex social and political issues and uncovering significant stories. My work has included correspondence for the New York Times and collaborations with Dorothy St Pictures, Discovery+, Campside Media, and China Global Television Network (CGTN).

To stay relevant in the evolving media landscape, I continuously acquire new skills in data analysis, multimedia production, and social media management, enhancing my storytelling and audience reach. My professional development includes training from the Media Institute of the Caribbean, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Institute of the Americas, CNN, and the US Department of State's Foreign Press Centers.

I have a strong focus on climate change journalism, exploring its intersection with economic inequality and global governance. I mentor for Climate Tracker, supporting global climate journalism, and recently joined the Caribbean Youth Climate Council to increase youth participation in climate discussions.
