Administrative Assistant
- Ensuring that the routine operations, administration and support services of the Branch are attended to in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure all purchases and service requisitions for the branch are properly authorized and supporting documentation are held as authorized
- Ensure all in-coming/out-going mail is handled in an expeditious manner
- Coordinate activities such as staff functions, seminars, customer appreciation days; planning & organizing decorations & refreshments
- Ensure that the standards outlined in the Bank’s Superior Service Management Policy for the respective service delivery channels (in-branch, telephone, e-mail) and for handling compliments, suggestions, queries and concerns are always maintained
- Ensure that department meetings are held regularly
- Attain targets set for new business referrals
- Perform receptionist and administrative duties for the Manager Retail Services and the Personal Banking Department
- Actively portray the Bank’s Five (5) Virtues of Customer Service, viz. Welcoming, Appreciation, Helpfulness, Respect and Professionalism
- Actively participate in meetings and other branch/bank activities
