(August 2005 to June 2007)
  • Human Resources Manager, Universal Health Services Group: Responsible for staffing of three companies, Integral Health Care Ltd, Medical Arts Complex and the Pathology Laboratory, responsible for staffing planning, in terms of recruitment, retention, hiring, firing, performance appraisal, salary increment scale, provided staff training in customer service relations, developed training and manuals, reorganized staff to reduce labor costs, managed insurance benefit scheme and implemented staff motivation programs. (May 2001 to July 2005)
  • Marketing Manager, Universal Health Services Group Developed marketing strategies of three companies, supervised the development of brochures, participated in trade shows, organized opening ceremonies, assisted in the making of a television commercial, and developed newspaper ads and radio ads.
