• Manage incoming photo assets; review quality, rename, retouch (as needed) add metadata, route for approval, and archive to DAM.
• Select and source imagery and videos for major projects like campaigns, flash sales, and brochures. Liaise directly with the Product Marketing team to align creative projects to product strategy
• Source photography and video from vendors, tourism boards, and stock libraries based on needs and direction from Product Marketing
• Actively work with creative team at the onset of new projects to talk through visual strategy and source photos aligned with company and product goals.
• Produce in-destination photo and video shoots (tour photos/video, Wheel of Fortune video shoots)
• Travel Photography / Corporate Photography
• Create sales Power Point presentations
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to help determine specific content needs across tour packages.
• Maintain up-to-date galleries for tours; adding, removing, and obtaining content as needed per tour changes.
• Communicate with vendor partners, requesting images/video as applicable to travelers’ experiences on tour.
• Assist DAM users with their needs, troubleshooting basic system issues and addressing questions.
• Quickly respond to and fulfill content requests from internal and external parties.
• Help audit, maintain, and build the Collette content library, including corporate archives.
• Utilize various internal systems to compile data on tour, vendor, and hotel details.

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day photography for multiple Originals in various stages of production
• Strategize on best visual representation for a series for marketing, publicity, and social needs
• Supplement unit photography through pulling frames from films
• Create and communicate workflow for managing, distributing and gathering all assets
• Edit high volume digital photography and maintain quality control
• Photo retouching
• Manage photo requests with internal departments
• Handle digital asset management and archiving including transferring, renaming, attaching metadata, adjusting, backing up and uploading.

• Identify, edit, caption and upload the most impactful photographs that are relevant to the event being covered
• Oversee photo approvals and needs with client, brands, talent, management and publicists in deadline situations
