  • The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the branch operations inclusive of a loan portfolio, generating new business in support of the Corporation's annual objectives, lead and develop a high performance team and manage customer relations

  • Provide borrowers with appropriate levels of advice and counsel, as needed, especially with regards to project financing and other interrelationships between the Corporation and the borrower, and provide borrowers with needed technical assistance either directly or through third parties
  • Supervision of approved accounts through appropriate frequency of on-site inspections I contacts with borrower to determine, both during the development and operational phases of the project, whether it is reasonably meeting planned goals and, if not, whether the identified problems will potentially have a negative impact on the borrower's ability to repay indebtedness as scheduled
  • Such onsite inspections should also include a visual inspection of assets pledged as security for the loan, to determine the condition of the said assets and that all pledged assets remain in the control of the borrower
  • Actively monitor the repayment performance of assigned borrowers under implementation, and as appropriate, initiate and assist with the prescribed loan collection procedures in a consistent, timely and firm, but understanding manner, including the management and liquidation of properties acquired by the Corporation through foreclosure
